Introducing Camping Cabins

We are Camping Cabins - if you are looking to buy cabins, lodges, BBQ cabins and facility buildings for your campsite or business - we design, build and install timber buildings for your business needs!

Our History

Based in the East Midlands alongside our sister companies Arctic Cabins, Cabin Master and Cabins For Schools, we have supplied households, businesses and schools across the country with bespoke, hand-built log cabins. We also work alongside Hydropool Midlands, who can supply you with the very best self-cleaning hot tubs and swim spas in the industry!

Our Managing Director Gareth was first introduced to Scandinavian Grillkota by his wife Virpi, who grew up in Finland, where the grill huts are a part of everyday life. These log cabins can be found across Scandinavia in forests and local areas, featuring a unique central grill to offer a sheltered place for communal cooking and a place to escape the cold climate outside. Gareth saw potential in bringing these BBQ cabins to the UK, where the weather can also be unpredictable, and founded Arctic Cabins, to help people enjoy a unique cooking experience all year round in their own back gardens!

Crafting Luxury In Nature

With the rise in the UK glamping industry, Arctic Cabins were being approached by campsite and glampsite owners who were looking for unique buildings to help their businesses stand out within the industry. The solution was to modify the design of the BBQ cabin and offer an empty glamping log cabin that business owners could use for accommodation or to customise to suit their individual needs.

With a solar pipe in place of the central BBQ cabin chimney, the Scandinavian log cabin design now offers a unique alternative to Yurt, pod or bell tent style glamping accommodation. Additionally by being a solid, waterproof structure, our glamping cabins allow businesses to offer camping and glamping all year, whatever the weather! Our glamping cabins can also be extended to create extra space for bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms or kitchenettes- you could even connect multiple log cabins to create a bespoke luxury glamping lodge!

Following the success of the BBQ cabin and camping/glamping cabins, we extended our product range to include saunas, annexe-style accommodation lodges and studio rooms that can be used for offices, receptions, shops, gyms, treatment rooms or whatever you can think of for your business.
